We purchased a 2023 commercial cargo van through our business — no parkway windows, no rear seat — Experience with the dealership was disappointing. We purchased a 2023 commercial cargo van through our business — no parkway windows, no rear seat — clearly a commercial vehicle. Everything seemed fine until we discovered the van had been registered with passenger plates. When we contacted the dealer for a correction, they blamed us, claiming we never specified that a commercial vehicle should receive commercial plates. That explanation makes no sense, and if plate type truly required our input, we should have been given the option to choose at the time of purchase. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing situation. More
