As I missed his call I called Mike early the next morning. To my surprise he had located the car I was looking to purchase. As I had previous commitments for the day Mike stayed at the dealership into the evening to accommodate my late arrival. He had all the paperwork in order for me to review and sign. I returned the next morning and picked up my beautiful new car. Mike introduced me to others in the dealership and did everything possible to make my purchasing experience enjoyable. They are 45 minutes from my home in Lakeland, but they were so honest and pleasant during the negotiation process over the phone that I gave them a chance. Great people, every word they said was the truth, no funny business or other nonsense. They picked up my car from their sister dealership some distance away -- and didn't try to make me pay extra for that like a Lakeland dealer tried to do in the past. Their financing beat both of my credit unions by almost a full percent. Paperwork was smooth. Salesperson very knowledgeable, gave me a great tutorial on the electronics and even synched up my smartphone for me. Very pleasant car buying experience, I recommend this dealer. More
