Was the best car buying experience I have ever had. If you are looking to buy even if you do not live in the Dade Ciy area, it will be worth the drive, to check them out, Jim Browne also owns the GM dealership just down the road, so you have a lot of options.. You can find Mike Krupa in the internet sales, that is where I did everything but pick up my car, the loan was approved and ready to sign when I arrived. More

Easy to use Dealership This dealership was easy to access online and they listed real prices that they stood behind when I arrived at the physical location. Their internet sales managers promptly replied to my inquiries and answered my questions. The next day I drove more than an hour to go to their dealership because they said they had what I was looking for- and they did indeed. The Jeep Wrangler Sport I bought is exactly as advertised and I love it. I did not get as much for my trade-in as I had hoped for but at least it was in the "fair" price range. The business manager I worked with was fun and made the process of signing a bazillion pieces of paper enjoyable. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a low pressure environment with people who tell the truth about their products. More

The first car we purchased from Citrus Dodge was a 2013 Dodge Caravan (10/2/13). Michael (internet manager, Duncan (finance manager), and Steve (sales manager) were great. I originally spoke with Steve t Dodge Caravan (10/2/13). Michael (internet manager, Duncan (finance manager), and Steve (sales manager) were great. I originally spoke with Steve to see if we could trade in our Hyundai Santa Fe, which we leased. Never again will we do a lease. Explained the situation to Steve and he worked with us on getting the new Van. If it wasn't for Steve, Michael and Duncan helping us, we would still be in the lease. After bringing it back to the dealership to do some minor touch up on it, Michael gave us a new 2013 Dodge Challenger to drive. The Van would be ready in about two hours. What a great car!!! It started the ball rolling for me. I talked to Michael several times regarding the Challenger. I really wasn't to crazy about the silver one they had, therefore, the conversations with Michael started in finding me a car. After all this, I ended up with the Silver Challenger adding the stripes to it. The stripes really added to the vehicle. Totally different look. The silver looks beautiful. I am really pleased with the car and all the help the dealership had given me. They went beyond the call of duty to help me with my purchase (10/18/13). The price was great. They were above board in everything they told you. What Michael, Duncan and Steve told you was gospel. They stuck by what they told you. Some dealerships tell you whatever it takes to get the sale. Citrus Dodge does not do that!! They explain everything to you right up front. This dealership takes pride in every customer. Yes, I would continue to buy my cars from them without any hesitation at all. More

From the first e-mail down to meeting Mr.Krupka,this is a true down to earth man. No pressure! This is the dealership ya'll need to go to and no other. This is the best dealership ever. I had originally driven a Challenger with Aaron Skinner who shared my enthusiasm for that great car but my son convinced me to go for something more affordable. We went to several other dealerships within days of finally returning to Citrus. As far as car + price presentation and the quality of the sales agent, there was no grounds for comparison. I called Citrus & spoke to Mike Krupka; Mr. Skinner was not in. I said that we had narrowed down the field to X price range & he said, without hesitation & very enthusiastically, Citrus had cars to offer in that range. I said we'd be there in about 45 minutes. When we got there, Mr. Krupka already had the potential cars up on the screen for us to look at. I mean, he met us @ the front door & immediately took us back to look @ the ones that were exactly in that range, plus he told us the mileage & the story of how each had been acquired. We asked to look at the Jeep and the Dodge Avenger. He had immediate access to the keys. (Previous dealers had to search around for keys & they never talked to us about the history of any car.) Both my son & I drove each car a good distance. (One previous dealer could only manage for us to drive around the parking lot.) Mr. Krupka described all the features of each car. He showed us a ranking sheet for each car. The cars looked great; they were incredibly clean & shining. (Previous dealers showed us cars that we would have been ashamed of.) He never at any time pressured us in any way to buy. (Previous dealers kept insisting we reconsider this or that car, such a deal we'd be missing.) The finance team went out of their way to help us. I really appreciate the efforts Mr. Morgan made on our behalf. I asked to buy an extended warranty and they knew exactly what to do. Mr. Hickam was as efficient as the sales rep, if that were possible!! Everyone was fast, Extremely organized, focused, Professional, courteous, appreciative. They ordered an owner's manual & helped us in other ways. The service staff were also helpful, washed the car, made an extra key. Everyone sent emails thanking us. Mr. Griffiths followed up with the link for buying Dodge accessories when in fact, I had just mentioned, off-hand, that I'd like to buy a key ring. It was just a really great experience buying from Citrus. I hope I can return in the near future for the Challenger but meanwhile, I can't say enough good things about the high quality of Citrus -- especially given that we had other dealers to compare. No comparison !! More
