customer service I just bought a new HRV, love the car and the salesman, but nothing else. I transferred my license from my trade in to my new car, but they never gav I just bought a new HRV, love the car and the salesman, but nothing else. I transferred my license from my trade in to my new car, but they never gave me my plate, I was told it would be on my car behind the temporary sticker, it was not. I called and left 3 messages with Title dept, talked to salesman who said he would check into it, but never called back. So I called the sales manager and all I got was voicemail, so I left a message. I have still NOT received a call back! The salesman, Michael called me and said he would have my license by fri, but he called me tuesday and said he had it, He got me a replacement and had it overnighted,. Then he put it on my car, He went over and above, Thanks Mike! More
