Rating; the Sales Rep. My experience was primarily with the sales rep. And what an experience it was. I don't know any one that wants to go through a car buying experience My experience was primarily with the sales rep. And what an experience it was. I don't know any one that wants to go through a car buying experience, but of course we have to do that sometimes. In this case it was an exceptional experience..all good. The Honda representative was named Mke Lacy. He was calm, cool and collected. He was direct, did not skirt issues, seemed to know what he could commit to and what he couldn't.. There was no high pressure. He seemed to have the respect andd support of his co-workers. The entire process took about 3 hours, mostly because I was not completely prepared. The Paperwork and final arrangements also went well. they simply kept their work and treated me with fairness and respect. that's quite a change from what I have encountered in past cars acquisitions. More
