My Salesman Michael Lacey Best Ever I just purchase a new LEASE car this past April 21. It is my 3rd Superstition Honda lease in last 9 years and my 11th total lease going back 31 year I just purchase a new LEASE car this past April 21. It is my 3rd Superstition Honda lease in last 9 years and my 11th total lease going back 31 years. I am happy to announce for the first time ever that my Internet salesman Michael Lacey has taken care of me the past 2 leases. Although I have had good luck with salesman in the past, this is the first time I can say that Michael Lacey is the best out of all salespeople who have taken care of my wife Jean and I ever. Why? Because not only is a car salesman trying to make a sale like always, but Mr. Lacey also cares for us to be 100% happy. If we are having a difficulty deciding or if it appears that a sale may not happen, Mr. Lacey brings out every option possible for the money to work for us and works every possible angle on the exact model Honda we want. Let me say one more time, every salesman we have had in the past 31 years was not able to make the sale work the 1st time. Sometimes we have left the showroom due to no way for the sale to take place but Mr. Lacey's system to bring to the customer the perfect deal is so unbelievable. I am not a new car buyer as I stated. I just made my 11th straight three year lease, and hope to do one more in three years and hopefully with Michael Lacey. More

DEALING WITH RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER LIKE PROFESSIONALS! SOME CUSTOMERS ARE RIDICULOUS! This time I am that customer and everyone at Honda of Superstition stepped up. No matter how small the item I made it a SOME CUSTOMERS ARE RIDICULOUS! This time I am that customer and everyone at Honda of Superstition stepped up. No matter how small the item I made it a big deal and felt valued at each complaint. I have been shopping for a couple of months and final came down to the Accord and Camry. Which hands down the Accord felt more updated versus an out dated Camry. Not to mention, the sales staff at Honda where so much more professional. There was no high pressure sales going on and we felt like they valued our business. I do not want to go through all of the small things I complained about but will tell you there was no hesitation to make it right. My salesman was Mike Lacey, sales manager who also reached out was David Hernandez and in service I worked with Rollis. If this team could put up with my constant back and forth as well as dropping off the vehicle and having to get a rental. I also complained about getting a rental versus a courtesy vehicle and my go to service rep Joseph Hurtado explained the new vehicles used for courtesy vehicles were being returned damages such as rims being scraped by curbs, door dings and additional damages but did not confirm this was why they discontinued the courtesy vehicles. He offered to get the service manager to confirm exactly why I had to get a rental but I declined because that made sense enough. All I know is I live closer to San Tan Honda and for some reason Honda of Superstition has always won my business since 2008. This is our 5th Honda. Sales and service have always treated us as valued customers but again, as reviews go, I still shop their business each time and they continue to step up! Thank you Honda of Superstition! More
