I have leased several vehicles from D&M over the years and have had several different sales agents but Michael stands above the others that I have dealt with. We have leased several vehicles with Michael over the last few years when a couple of our cars were declared totaled he walked me through every step to make sure the process was seamless and got me into a new vehicle within a day or two. He is a selfless person while working on my latest lease he kept in touch with me while away from work to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted and that I was satisfied and did not feel like I was in the dark. He is very personable and always a pleasure to speak with and works hard for the customer. Plus he was able to keep my new payment very close to what I was accustomed paying.
