Appointments mean nothing. The customer service is terrible from the beginning to the end. This was at the counter just trying to check in. I asked if I should wait at the shop for the car and was told it would be 2 hours at most. I waited there for 4.5 hours. After paying, it took another .5 hours for the valet to pull up the car. This place is the worst. More

This dealership has been the most unorganized, unprofessional I have ever encountered. I do not the point of making a reservation slot if the service is just based on who is present. My 700am appo unprofessional I have ever encountered. I do not the point of making a reservation slot if the service is just based on who is present. My 700am appointment was more like 815am. There is not reason why I should call the service station for an update. The service tech is basically guessing. If wanted answers like “it should resolve the issue” or “there’s a possibility it could be something else” I could go to any service station. I went to Honda to get direct answers and all I got was generic service answers. Please do not reach out to me as I will never go back to this dealership. More
