From the time I contacted Gunn Honda to me driving of the lot with my new car it was the most pleasant experience I purchased a Dealer Certified Car. From the time I contacted Gunn Honda to me driving of the lot with my new car it was the most pleasant experience ever of buying a car. Mike Lents made it so simple, considering I went there on a Friday night after work, he had the car I wanted to see waiting for me to test drive and was able to explain all the technology and warranty it came with to me. All in all the process was so simple I couldn't believe I would be able to do this in such a short time and even for my trade-in I got a decent amount back. Just 100% Amazing! Speaking to him on the phone he promised that my experience at Gunn Honda would be unlike any other experience at any other dealership and that's exactly how it went. It was absolutely day and night. None of the haggling prices and pressure that you usually get at most dealerships. Also, since we spoke over the phone prior to going into the dealership, when I got there I didn't have to deal with all of the other salesmen trying to get a client. For all of my current and prior service members... he is retired Navy and as we all know, we all have a bond that cannot be compared regardless of the branch we served in. Great Experience with Gunn Honda and Mike Lents! It was a pleasure dealing with Mike Lents at Gunn Honda! We traded in our 2015 Honda Odyssey EXL for a 2017 Honda Pilot EXL AWD. From the beginning, M It was a pleasure dealing with Mike Lents at Gunn Honda! We traded in our 2015 Honda Odyssey EXL for a 2017 Honda Pilot EXL AWD. From the beginning, Mike gave us his undivided attention and THOROUGHLY explained every aspect of the new vehicle. We left with our new vehicle within a couple of hours and felt as though we had a good understanding of all the gadgets and options on the new vehicle. I really appreciated that he cleared our phone books and Homelink codes out of the 2015 Honda Odyssey without us even asking him to do it (I'm a stickler for privacy and security). His attention to detail surpassed all others. He even set up my preset radio stations on the new vehicle and found a pair of sunglasses I had overlooked in my trade-in vehicle. Thanks a million, Mike! Gunn financing was able to get us a lower rate as well...thanks to Cory in the finance department! Last but not least, a BIG thank you to Cameron Daugherty who was more than fair with our trade-in price. He has taken care of us the longest of any one person at Gunn Honda. We have been Gunn customers for 10+ years and Cameron has always provided us great customer service in the service and financing departments and now most recently on the sales floor with our trade-in.
