Normally I hate buying a car. I had two bad experiences at Ft. Lauderdale BMW. Those were the first words out of my mouth to Michael Loiselle. They accept vehicles for same day appointments knowing they can’t complete the service by end of day. Puts you in a bind. Dropped car off at 7:30 am for oil change engine filter change and cabin filter ch they can’t complete the service by end of day. Puts you in a bind. I made a service appointment with a loaner car in advance and when I arrived they gave me excuses to why they don’t have one even though I set up everything in advance. My service was the best it’s ever been. Anderson is hands down the best rep I’ve ever dealt with. Great client care and great communication skills. He is very detailed in his approach. He explains the diagnostic and helps to prioritize what to work on first. He makes the client aware of all payment options as well. Every time I reach out to him by phone he is quick to respond. His costumer service is the reason I get my car fixed at the dealership. He represents the difference between going to a private mechanic and a place where you are treated like someone important. In my opinion he goes above and beyond his job description. More
