I actually talk with a person on the computer first because I was not going to drive the long distance from Hemet Ca. to San Juan Capistrano to see if they had the cars I was looking for. And yes I looked at about 25 to 30 dealers on the computer before I found the cars I was looking for., About twenty five minutes later I received an e-mail and a phone call from Mike telling me the kind of deal he had made up for me. And when I say cars I was looking to buy 2 cars from the same dealership. He had asked if we could drive over the mountain and come and see the cars we had picked out on the computer. And we told him we were on our way. Once we finally got there he let us use the restrooms and got us some cold water. Because it was about a 2 hour drive with the holiday traffic going home. We set down and he took some information from us and made three total trips to the sales managers office before he shook our hands and said we had a deal for both cars. Like I said in the Title above, "Very easy and No high pressure". It was a pleasure working with this dealership and Mike Louria. They are "Second To None". The are the leader for sure. More

great experience WAS LOOKING TO BUY A TRUCK ... AFTER A WEEK OF SEARCHING, FOUND AN INTERNET LISTING THAT WAS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR .. I SENT A MESSAGE TO SEE I WAS LOOKING TO BUY A TRUCK ... AFTER A WEEK OF SEARCHING, FOUND AN INTERNET LISTING THAT WAS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR .. I SENT A MESSAGE TO SEE IF TRUCK WAS STILL AVAILABLE AT "COURTESY CHRYSLER" ... MICHAEL (MIKE) LOURIA CALLED ME WITHIN AN HOUR OR SO AND HAD ALL THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I WANTED ... I WENT IN THE NEXT DAY AND HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A DEALERSHIP ... I WAS PRE-APPROVED FOR THE FINANCING, BUT THEY GOT ME A LOWER RATE THAN I WAS PRE-APPROVED FOR ...ALSO, THEY PRACTICALLY LET ME SET ALL THE TERMS OF THE SALE .. I TOLD THEM WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FOR A MONTHLY PAYMENT - THE MAXIMUM I WOULD TAKE FOR AN INTEREST RATE (HAD OVER 800 FICO) - THAT I WANTED DIFFERENT TIRES AND RIMS - A FULL TANK OF GAS - ETC - ETC ...AND I GOT IT ALL ... BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WAS THE COURTESY AND RESPECT THAT THEY GAVE ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS ...VERY ACCOMMODATING GROUP OF PEOPLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP ...THEY HAD TO LOWER THE INTEREST RATE - AND - THE SALES PRICE, TO MAKE ALL THE NUMBERS COME OUT RIGHT ... "CHRISTY" IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT WAS EXCEPTIONAL IN EXPLAINING ALL OF THE ITEMS IN THE CONTRACT AND ABOUT THE OFFERS AS TO WARRANTIES AND "GAP" INSURANCE ETC. AND I NEVER FELT PRESSURED TO ADD ANYTHING I DIDNT WANT ...I LEFT THERE IN MY NEW (USED) TRUCK WITH THE CONFIDENCE THAT THEY VALUE THEIR REPUTATION AND STAND BEHIND THE VEHICLES THAT THEY SELL .. MIKE TOLD ME (AND I BELIEVE IT TO BE TRUE) THAT THEY DONT DEAL WITH QUESTIONABLE USED CARS/TRUCKS/ETC THAT COULD HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THAT "BACKFIRES" ON EVERYONE .. ALL IN ALL - A REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR SOMEONE LIKE MYSELF WHO EXPECTS TRUTH AND HONESTY FROM PEOPLE ...
