I purchase a VW Atlas Cross from this dealership and purchased an extended warranty, a yr later I sold the VW and had to drive into the dealer to fill out paper work to get the prorated extended warrant purchased an extended warranty, a yr later I sold the VW and had to drive into the dealer to fill out paper work to get the prorated extended warranty refunded. This was in March 2024, they said to give it 6-8 weeks. Time passes and I call, call, call, email, leave VM you name it and finally after another month got ahold of someone in finance who told me the day I filled out paperwork the guy quit so my paperwork never got sent in and he would escalated it and call me the following week. I still have not received a thing not even a call, I've literally called 2x daily and left VM and still have not heard a thing. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life and I've bought plenty of new cars and loved my VW but will not be coming back to this dealer. This is just a short version of me trying to get ahold of someone in finance. More

Brought the car back the next morning to have exterior detail done and they gave me a loaner instead of having me wait at the store, which I appreciated. I purchased a preowned off-brand vehicle here, but if I have any friends or family looking for a VW, I would definitely refer them to this store! More
