Could not have expected any better! Worked with Michael Lyons. Went beyond expectations. My vehicle had a few electrical issues that were fixed through warranty with no hassle at all. Sc Worked with Michael Lyons. Went beyond expectations. My vehicle had a few electrical issues that were fixed through warranty with no hassle at all. Scheduled appointment online, rolled into the service drive, signed a few papers, and left in a loaner vehicle. Michael was great in communicating via text, and took any issues I had with the vehicle seriously. I visited Mercedes-Benz of Easton few weeks prior with the same issues, but was told everything was normal with the vehicle so I was charged a $150 diagnostics fee. Mercedes-Benz of Easton does not take you seriously the way Crown does. Only reason I visited Mercedes-Benz of Easton instead of Crown when the initial problems came up was due to Crown having later appointments compared to Easton. Thought I'd be saving some time but instead wasted time by having to go to two dealerships and made a $150 mistake. Will always return to Crown from now on for any issue. Very pleased with the service! Just had a very quick, easy & satisfactory experience with Crown Mercedes in Dublin, OH. Mike Lyons was the service rep and he did a terrific job - I Just had a very quick, easy & satisfactory experience with Crown Mercedes in Dublin, OH. Mike Lyons was the service rep and he did a terrific job - I had an oddball electronic mishap & turned out the battery needed changed, but everything from the call to Mercedes toll free road service, to the look see to re setting the computer & the great car wash they provide as a courtesy was such a pleasure! I am aware I could probably get service cheaper somewhere else, but these folks do a good job and the customer service is outstanding. Thanks, Mike! Mary W. More

Fantastic Sales and Service Experience I have had a wonderful experience at Crown Eurocars from buying my car to the service experience. My salesperson, Maurice Aouad, was fantastic -- he I have had a wonderful experience at Crown Eurocars from buying my car to the service experience. My salesperson, Maurice Aouad, was fantastic -- he had deep knowledge about the product, took his time with me, walked me through everything in great detail and is completely customer-focused. My experience in purchasing my car was like no other. I have had similar experience with the service department with Michael Lyons and others who have always made sure to take good care of my needs. They are responsive and helpful every time I have been in for any reason. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

Stephen Revard, in particular, is the best salesperson I have worked with in any of my car purchases. I recently traded in my old C320 for a new E400 and was delighted once again with how pleasant the whole experience was. About a month after the purchase, I had a small issue with one of the electronic keys, and this was handled quickly, professionally (and painlessly!) by both Stephen and Mike Lyon in Service. Thanks to both for making this problem go away!! More

Many dealerships won't pay attention to what the customer may say or think could be the issue with his/her vehicle but you guys (michael lyons) listened to detail to my words and ideas and so did I to his and the the technician that work on my vehicle. Lyons was open to suggestions and options and updated me to the point minute by minute on every progress. Good job. More
