Had my Honda Ridgeline recently serviced at Brandon Honda where the service rep Michael Mack definitely exceeded my expectations. Brought my CRV in for an oil change and a couple new tires. Michael Mack was my advisor and he made sure I was well informed of the process, and deals that were going on. I brought my Honda Odyssey in for service this last Sunday morning. It was the first appointment of the day and could not have worked out better. Mike Mack took great care of me from the friendly greet Sunday morning. It was the first appointment of the day and could not have worked out better. Mike Mack took great care of me from the friendly greeting at 7 am to scheduling my future service needs. He is truly a great representative of your dealership and it was a pleasure to work with him. The service department did a great job in repairing my CRV computer problem and Mack kept me well info0rmed throughout. The only problem was that it took 7 days to get the part delivered to the shop. I forgot how good was customer service until Michael Mack and his team took care of my concerns. Michael even called me the next day after the service to make sure that everything was still working to our ex and his team took care of my concerns.
