"Honest and respectful service advisor" My service advisor, Michael Mack, has helped me a couple of times in the past when my vehicle needed servicing. Today, I brought in my car for an oil My service advisor, Michael Mack, has helped me a couple of times in the past when my vehicle needed servicing. Today, I brought in my car for an oil change. Even though the 'orang wrench' had appeared on the dashboard, Michael pointed out that the number next to it represent how much percentage oil life was left before I needed to worry about changing it. Showing 15%, he said it was still good for a couple of thousand miles and I would be saving money by using up the oil life instead of wasting money by discarding the still useable oil.
