Great Service Department A yellow warning light came on to warn us that our tire pressure was low. I am one who does not put off problems. We headed for Brandon Honda Servic A yellow warning light came on to warn us that our tire pressure was low. I am one who does not put off problems. We headed for Brandon Honda Service Dept. Luckily our service rep, Michael Mack, was on available. He was very honest that the wait to get our car into service was over 2 hours. He recommended that we take the shuttle to the mall or home. We decided to be shuttled to the mall for lunch. The shuttle driver was very talkative and friendly. We returned to Brandon Honda after about 2.5 hours. We were provided a Lift ride. We had a little trouble finding the car but only because we have never used Uber or Lift. All worked out. Our tire was replaced and the wheels were aligned and balanced. Michael kept in touch with us and everything was repaired. More

Good Service! I think the waiting area is really nice, especially with the free coffee. They did a good job of fixing the locked GPS, and it now works very well. Tire service light. The rating would be 5 star if it was just the service dept. The sales dept is the only negative with this dealership. Oil Change I had a very positive experience at Brandon Honda. I came in as a walk-in for my oil change and was told it may take up to 2 hours, which I was fine I had a very positive experience at Brandon Honda. I came in as a walk-in for my oil change and was told it may take up to 2 hours, which I was fine with and expected. I did tell him I had to pick up my son from school in 3 hours so i wanted to be sure I would be done in time to pick him up. My oil change took less than an hour and Michael Mack who assisted me was very professional and kind to me. Thank you !!! More

Seevice I was not arguing with Mr. Mack when he stated he was not starting an argument. I was polite and clearly stated talk to sales. My possession less than 1 month he seemed to understand. I know mr. Irving is always in the go but I would love help to figure out XM radio and to connect the starter to my key fob, and my Honda link explained. Reading the manual is confusing. More
