I had scheduled a service of my 2020 Accord on January 4th, 2022. Upon my arrival, Michael greeted me warmly, in spite of the early time of day. At the completion of the service, Mr. Mack walked me out to my car, did another inspection of the vehicle to make sure everything was in good working order and that I was completely satisfied with my vehicle. It was certainly refreshing to have a person go the extra mile in assisting me with the service of my vehicle. I highly recommend Michael Mack and his work ethic. More

THIS IS OUR 3RD VECHICLE WITH BRANDON HONDA AND BE HONEST THE SVC DEPT HAS NEVER BEEN OUR FAVORITE AT ALL INFACT IT HAS THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANOTHER VECHICLE. BUT THIS LAST TIME I WENT IN MR. MICHA THE SVC DEPT HAS NEVER BEEN OUR FAVORITE AT ALL INFACT IT HAS THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANOTHER VECHICLE. BUT THIS LAST TIME I WENT IN MR. This dealership lies about warranty that they talk you in to buying. They don't over what they say they do in the information they gave you, or service has no clue what going on. First, the issue we had with extra services being added to our purchase contract have been resolved as John Rios was excellent in getting the three items cancelled and having the money sent to our credit union in a very timely manner. This is very much appreciated. The real big issue we had was with the misalignment of the CRV tailgate. We can not say enough about how Michael Mack handled this item as no one could have done a better job in guiding the correction process that has lead to a most successful and very appreciated conclusion. We are truly thankful and appreciate Michael’s professional manner and handling of this issue. He really does deserve a big pat on the back. Going forward, it is our intent to always contact Michael whenever we need to have our 2020 CRV serviced at Brandon Honda.
