Only encountered an issue when I initially called about my vehicle issue. The operator stated no advisor was available to speak with me on the phone. I waited 4 hrs and never received a call back from anyone. Because it was time sensitive, I finally decided to drive to the dealership unannounced to get assistance immediately. My experience was very good overall. I couldn't make in time for my appointment but they still found a way to take my car in for oil change, through out the day. So the service agent off I couldn't make in time for my appointment but they still found a way to take my car in for oil change, through out the day.
