Only encountered an issue when I initially called about my vehicle issue. The operator stated no advisor was available to speak with me on the phone. I explained that I had an urgent issue so they took a m my vehicle issue. The operator stated no advisor was available to speak with me on the phone. I explained that I had an urgent issue so they took a my info and said they’d have someone on the team call me asap - since I was dealing with a major water intrusion issue in vehicle. I waited 4 hrs and never received a call back from anyone. Because it was time sensitive, I finally decided to drive to the dealership unannounced to get assistance immediately. Once at the dealership I had a great experience! More
