I came in because my seat cover stitching was coming undone. The service advisor said he would order the part and I left. A couple of days later I get an email saying that i missed my appointment. I ema undone. The service advisor said he would order the part and I left. A couple of days later I get an email saying that i missed my appointment. I emailed my service advisor and he sais that was an automated email because my car didn't stay. A week later I responded and asked if the part was ordered and never got a response. A week later i called and the advisor's voicemail said he was out of the office so i left a message. The day after he was supposed to be back i called again and got his voicemail. I then decided to call the parts department. I asked for an update on my order and they had no record of the order. I then talked to the main line because i was concerned and they said they put in a group chat to have service call me back. I was told i would hear back by end of day. I waited until the next day and called again because i never got a call and talked to the main line again, they were calling over to a service manager and no one picked up the phone in service. They said they would walk over and leave a note to call me back. Never got a call. I called back again and got in touch with another receptionist and i explained my entire situation because almost a month went by and she said she would walk over to the service department. Later that day i got an email for a service appointment scheduled for a time that they selected i couldn't even make because of work. I then got a text from the service advisor that late afternoon asking when i could come in. I responded with a time i could work with and went in. When i asked the service advisor in person the day of the appointment what happened because i had to put in so much effort he asked.what number i called. He then said he never got any messages which is ridiculous given the messages i left and the group chat messages that the receptionists had given. They do good work, but their communication and follow-ups need a major overhaul. Poor management in the service advisor department. More

I found this visit easy to schedule and reminders were great! I was, gracefully, accommodated later in the day when I overslept for said 7:30a appt. - all of my requested services and repairs were complet great! I was, gracefully, accommodated later in the day when I overslept for said 7:30a appt. - all of my requested services and repairs were completed in a fair timeframe and for a fair price. I was particularly impressed with the video I received via text from my service tech as things were being completed. I will continue my service at your location in the future. More
