At the dealership Michael was polite, knew everything about the 2021 Honda Pilot, and walked my wife and I slowly, and carefully through the the process. Nothing was rushed. He explained all the features of the Pilot. He was careful to answer all my wife's questions, and concerns. Easily, Mr. Malmsbury is one of the best car sales person you will ever deal with. The day I picked up the Pilot, Michael took over an hour to set up the safety features, and explain everything. You will be unable to find someone as professional a salesman as Mr. Malmsbury. More
