He took the time to explain all the costs and fees to me as this was my first time buying a new car. Afterwards he also walked me through the set up of my new car, all the tech features and how to do things safely. He was extremely patient with me as I first came in 5 months prior to purchasing the car (I had cold feet). Would highly recommend Michael, he really does a great job and cares! Michael was the first person I worked with that spent time to educate me on the car’s features. He explained what I should look for and not what I should buy. I have never felt more comfortable looking for a car. He was very patient and sincere. After I finally decided on a car, the dealership did not have any in stock. Michael did the homework to find me the car. He gave me some valuable pointers to save me some money. Jay also helped me to make some decisions that helped me feel valued as I made the transfer from my lease to the new vehicle.
