Professional, honest and trustworthy I drove from 3:30 hours away to view and test drive a sports car at Forrester Lincoln Mercury. Before making the drive, I called up the location and spoke with Mike, who informed that he would put the keys in his desk, if I was interested in purchasing the car. Upon arriving at the location, Mike had the keys in his desk, just like he assured me. While present, I was unbelievably impressed with the 51 year old family business. While taking a test drive of the vehicle, Mike gave me a history lesson on the dealership, as well as the neighborhood. Upon heading back to the dealership and getting ready to purchase the car, there was a misunderstanding on the sticker price of the car and the price of the car online. Even though, the car’s price online was less than the sticker price, Mike and Bill honored the lower car price online. Mike and Bill are 100% honest, straightforward and trustworthy businessmen. These character traits are almost impossible to find in the business world today, but not at Forrester Lincoln Mercury. I have met a lot of business people in my life, but the way Mike handled the entire situation, was legendary. I can’t stay enough of how professional he, his family, their employees and their business is ran. Mike did not try and sell me a car, he advised me on the vehicle and let me make the decision for myself.
