Down Sizing I bought a 09 Mustang from Forrester in the summer of 2014, Mike Manning was my Salesman. Last week my wife and I decided that with only four people i I bought a 09 Mustang from Forrester in the summer of 2014, Mike Manning was my Salesman. Last week my wife and I decided that with only four people in our home, and only two that can drive, we no longer needed three cars in the driveway. I emailed Mike on Friday about our intentions and we went to see him on Saturday. After my emailing him and letting him know what my wife would probably like, he showed her the exact MKC that she had seen online, and a few hours later we left with the new vehicle, minus her 15 Explorer/my 09 Mustang and one less car payment. Thanks Mike and all the staff at Forrester for the truly no hassle buying experience. For as long as we remain in the area, I doubt we will go anywhere else for our car buying needs. I saw that Lincoln was offering an outstanding lease incentive and thought it was at least worth one more try. Not only did Forrester provide us with the best lease offer at the time, but they also gave us an excellent trade in value on our car. In addition to this, they took the time to locate the exact vehicle we wanted since they didn't have it on their lot. At delivery, our sales rep took the time to go over every feature in our new car so that we were completely familiar with it before driving away. That is the first time I have ever had a sales representative do that. Great job Forrester! More

Mike obtained a very low mileage 2012 Escape, in excellent condition, with the exact options I wanted. Cory, at the body shop, took the vehicle and painted it Kiwi Green Metallic, in a very timely manner. I saw the car in various stages of dis-assembly. They truly did a complete, professional job. The vehicle looks absolutely stunning -- like it came that way from the factory. They did such a nice job, they are also currently painting a relatives SUV. I was very pleased will the entire experience. The vehicle runs and performs like a new car. The service department will have any future work for the Escape, as well as my other vehicle. We were just looking but ended up buying a car from Mike Manning at Forrester Lincoln because it was a nice car, a good price and there was no pressure. We went to 6 car dealers that day and all but Forrester were either too pushy or couldn't be bothered. Mike was informative but not pushy, and even after the deal was done he sat down with our son in the car and explained almost everything about the car to him. This was our first experience with Forrester but I couldn't have asked for more and we will go back to Mike for our next vehicle. More
