After arriving, I also took notice of a Dodge Ram 1500 as a possible alternative purchase. Salesman Mike Manning answered all of my questions regarding both vehicles and allowed me to test drive both. Mr. Manning was very polite and did not pressure me on a purchase or try to steer me away from these vehicles and towards one of their featured Lincoln vehicles. I eventually settled on the Ram pickup. The buying process was efficient and problem free. More

When the car was delivered I got to meet Mike and he was extremly friendly and provided excellent customer service. The car is everything I dreamed of and everything Mike said it would be. We have always been handled as though we are their only customer and they want us to be completely satisfied with all realms of why we are in their building. From sales to service to body shop - these guys are top-notch!! We are preparing to relocate to another state and we are saddened that we will lose this connection (we may consider coming back for sales... we'll see!). Forrester's will long be our favorite place for any aspect of vehicle sales and service. You hear of businesses going down at the time of generational transition - not these guys! The Forrester boys have truly gleaned the importance of honesty, integrity and morality - they convey it in all they do and certainly picked it up from the importance that the founders placed on these aspects. Foresters has earned our business for life I picked up my car from Mike Manning a week ago. Over the last week I have not been able to stop telling people about how great the service was from I picked up my car from Mike Manning a week ago. Over the last week I have not been able to stop telling people about how great the service was from Foresters. The car is actually a 2013 model but I was given service like I was buying the most expensive car they had! The car had gotten a scratch while on their lot, which could have been buffed out in their shop. However, they took it to their body shop to have the rear panel removed and re-sprayed so they could be sure the scratch was entirely removed, not just buffed over. The rims were replaced, as Mike actually saw a flaw on them that I did not notice. When he called to inform me that he was ordering new rims, he told me he did not want to sell me a car in a condition that he himself would not be pleased with. They also put new tires on the car with a curb bumper to ensure that I would not scratch the rims in the future. When I went to pick up the car, the Sync system update took longer than anticipated, so Mike delivered the car to my home later that afternoon. He spent the time ensuring proper connection of my phone to the car and took the time to show me some highlight features and how to utilize some of the more common features. Even after the sale, Mike has continued to ensure I am pleased with the car and the Forester service. I contacted Mike for some car accessories. He was prompt to respond and is handling this small request himself and not passing me onto someone else. Overall it was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. In the future Foresters will be the first place we look for a new car. They have certainly gone above and beyond and have earned our business for life. More

Another purchase at Forrester's I have purchased 7 vehicles at Forrester's since moving to Chambersburg in 1997. My daughter and her husband have already purchased 3 cars there as we I have purchased 7 vehicles at Forrester's since moving to Chambersburg in 1997. My daughter and her husband have already purchased 3 cars there as well, living here since 2010. When I am in the market for a newer used vehicle, I always go back to Forrester's. I have my cars serviced there as well. Even though I do not buy more expensive new cars (recent purchase was under $5000 for my son), I am treated just as if I'm buying the most expensive car on the lot! I've worked with many of the sales people over the years and all have been fantastic. Most recently, my daughter and I have been working with Mike Manning. He was actually a student of mine years ago and it is great to see him doing such a terrific job at Forrester's. I plan to buy any cars I need in the future at Forrester's...if they don't have it on the lot, they will find a car I'm looking for. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Very happy to have added another vehicle purchase/trade from Forrester's! Great dealership and great customer service! More
