Love Forrester We had been looking for a used car for quite some time. We had test drove a few vehicles and drove about an hour and a half to test drive an MKX since We had been looking for a used car for quite some time. We had test drove a few vehicles and drove about an hour and a half to test drive an MKX since we had no dealers in the area. Upon our arrival at the dealership, we saw they were closed but noticed someone in the parking lot so I asked if we could test drive a car. Mike Manning was our salesman and he didn't bat an eye about the after hours test drive. Mike knew all there was to know about the vehicle and was happy to let us drive it. We sat in the showroom for at least half an hour after the test drive, chatting with the Mike and the staff. We ended up buying the 2013 MKX a few weeks later not only for the superb handling, comfort and safety of the vehicle but also for the quality dealership and salesman. Mike was upfront, knowledgeable, friendly and caring about all aspects of the transaction. Our final decision was the family-owned atmosphere of the dealership. They definitely care about the buyer and want them to make the best decision based on their needs. I appreciate the fact that Forrester was not pushy in any way. They let us ask questions and make decisions in our own time. Thank-you, Mike Manning and Forrester for the fine handling of our purchase. It is greatly appreciated. More

While waiting for the service to be completed Mike took the time to share some details about the new features available in the new MKX and Navigators (which he knows that I'm partial too) - taking the time to let me experience the feel of luxury that the Navigator has to offer was more than I could have expected during my routine service visit. The 2015 Navigator driving experience made me weak in the knees for sure - so thank you Mike for always making me SMILE. More

He made the whole purchase, trade in, and financing process easy. When we had a major issue with the vehicle within 24 hours of purchase, Mike was all over it getting it fixed, providing us with a loaner, and making sure the dealership covered the repair cost. In fact, everyone at the dealership was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional, from Mike to the service guy to the body shop guy to the cashier in the service department. We also appreciate the dealership's transparency with how they price their pre-owned vehicles. Our vehicle was priced on the lower end of the spectrum and the amount they offered for our trade-in was better than expected. More

Another Satisfying Experience My fiance and I recently made a purchase of a used car at Forresters and yet again we had another satisfying experience. This is the second vehicle I My fiance and I recently made a purchase of a used car at Forresters and yet again we had another satisfying experience. This is the second vehicle I've bought from Forresters and my family has bought five vehicles from Forresters in the last 10+ years. The professionalism and focus on customer service is evident everytime you step on the property and I've never had a bad experience anytime I've made a purchase with Forresters. Mike and Cody addressed all of our questions and concerns and made sure we were fully comfortable with the vehicle we were about to purchase. Mike walked us through each step of the process and it was as easy of buying experience that I have ever been invovled with. Once all of the papers were signed, Mike personally sat in the vehcile with us for over an hour and made sure we understood all of the features and benefits that our new vehicle had to offer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I know without a doubt who will continue to receive my business in the future. Thanks again for a great experience! More

I stopped at Forrester's and was pleasantly surprised to find the friendly, polite and respectful reception that I received from Mike Manning in the Sales Department. . He seemed to understand my needs and helped me select a beautiful 2011 MKX. I still enjoy it as much as the day that I purchased it. Mike introduced me to the service department and I have been working with Kris. Each time I call. for service I am treated with respect. When I have a question it is always answered. I am always treated with utmost courtesy. Mike and Kris make me feel at home. I drive approximately 35 miles for this type of service. I will always recommend Forrester's as the type of car dealership that I want. More
