Wanted to let everyone know about our story. We began the difficult task of searching for our daughters first car. We looked at many cars and talked to many salesman. Finally we settled on a great car at Lak difficult task of searching for our daughters first car. We looked at many cars and talked to many salesman. Finally we settled on a great car at Lakewood pine belt Subaru. We booked a test drive and to our surprise , the day we arrived the car had been sold and we were not made aware of this until we sat at the sales table. Understandably we were extremely upset and proceeded to leave , intending never to return . Our daughter was shattered.suddenly to our surprise a manager came out to see if he could help , his name is Daniel.levine after calming us down he explained the situation and assured us that he would make good on a deal and was very concerned for our daughter who was very upset . After a short while he was able to find a newer vehicle in better condition for exactly where we needed to be on payments and price. Daniel and mike went way above and beyond to make our daughters first car expirience a great one. I would recommend them highly. Thank you guys especially Daniel Levine for your kindness and care . Unhappy with the services by Daniel and Mike. He was nice at first but quickly grew impatient and did not help me find a car. Left me empty handed with nothing but hurt feelings, time wasted, and just an ove at first but quickly grew impatient and did not help me find a car. Has good intentions but often gets angry very easily and lets personal life interfere with work life. Also, Michael the finance manager was helping out but then the deal went awry yet again. Supposedly there was a price drop on the vehicle I was interested in and now he is saying I don’t get that price because my numbers were “final.” Real nice. That’s what you call selective pricing. He picks the price based on the customer rather than based on the fairness of prices listed on their website. Plus, you don’t see any bad reviews on here because they can pick and choose which reviews to post! So if this one doesn’t make it to the finalists, they clearly manipulated it to not post my review. Do your research and save yourself a headache before going with PineBelt. I had high hopes for them but they let me down because of their pure greed for money. I’m sorry I had to write a bad review cuz I usually try to stay positive but I was very very upset by all this. I wasted 2-3 weeks on this car getting excited for the car but it seems my time was wasted. I will give them 2 stars however, because they were very patient and helped me for several weeks as well. Unfortunately everyone’s time was wasted in this deal and I’m left without a car. Disappointing yes. Expected? Yes:( More
