Michael Meador provided outstanding customer service and quality assurance when delivering my new SType! When he called to notify me that my car was ready for pickup, and I didn't have a ride to the dealers quality assurance when delivering my new SType! When he called to notify me that my car was ready for pickup, and I didn't have a ride to the dealership, he offered to pick me up the following morning. He did a great job of walking me through all the functionality for my first electric car purchase. He made sure my upgraded floor mats were installed, the car had a full charge, and was pristine inside and out. On top of all that he offered to come by my house and connect my SType to my garage door. Michael epitomizes what customer service should be.
