The most professional group of the four dealerships visited After visiting three other dealerships I contacted Naples Acura through the internet about my interest in and MDX. Sparky Meador contacted me and I se After visiting three other dealerships I contacted Naples Acura through the internet about my interest in and MDX. Sparky Meador contacted me and I set up an approximate date for vehicle delivery which was about 2 months out. I visited the dealership and provided the specific options that I required on my vehicle. Sparky was very knowledgeable of the MDX options and answered all questions in detail. We negotiated a price and leasing agreement that was very competitive as compared to the others visited. upon delivery I was given a thorough review of the operational features I had ordered and the accounting staff expedited the paper work accurately and efficiently. I would highly recommenced Naples Acura to anyone looking for a great car. They put a premium on delivering a vehicle at a fair price with professional service. More

Prior to stopping at Naples Acura, we had checked at several other dealerships and were not impressed by their sales approach. The entire staff of Naples Acura was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Sparky (Michael Meador) treated us like family, answering all of our questions about the 2005 RL that we purchased. You can tell that he really cares about his customers. Sales manager Scott Foster was very accommodating, could not have been nicer. David in finance made the paperwork less painful with his expertise and humor. More

Friendly, Honest, Great Service We had been shopping for a few days at various dealers when we decided to check out the Acura's. Immediately, Michael welcomed us and instantly I knew We had been shopping for a few days at various dealers when we decided to check out the Acura's. Immediately, Michael welcomed us and instantly I knew that I would be driving home that day in my new car! He was congenial and answered all our questions while we were looking at a number of cars on the lot, pricing differences and options, colors, etc. The RDX is amazing! Never showing any impatience with my inquisitive manner made me realize that this was the best place for me to buy. His name (Sparky) reflects how he treats his customers! His animated, positive energy about the Acura reliability features etc, assured me that I was in good hands. He is the kind of person you want for a friend, and I feel as though I have made one at Acura. The entire staff welcomed us throughout our purchase procedures and our conversations had no limitations! I look forward to driving my beautiful Acura RDX. No Hassle experience We purchased our MDX from Naples Acura via True Car. We first worked with Scott the manager and then with Sparky our salesman. We received an excellent price on our new car and a fair wholesale price on our trade. The dealership went out of their way to find the exact car we wanted and had it delivered to them. They did all the paperwork and we drove out with registration and license plate. The process took about 3 hours but that included a test drive and Sparky spending a lot of time with us showing how to use the sophisticated electronics. He also followed up a day later and encouraged me to call him back with questions we develop. I would definitely use Naples Acura again but I wish they would skip the attempts to sell financing and prepaid service plans. More

Purchased Car Online I was very nervous about purchasing this used car as I live in Orlando, about 4 hours away from the dealership. However, when I arrived to pick it up I was very nervous about purchasing this used car as I live in Orlando, about 4 hours away from the dealership. However, when I arrived to pick it up, the car looked and drove as promised by Michael Meador (Sparky). He was a pleasure to work with and had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. I was also surprised, and happy, to find out Scott Foster was able to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union was offering. Before leaving, Ross Levy also introduced himself to make sure the experience went well. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

EXPERIENCE TO PURCHASE AN ACURA RXD MICHEAL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE WHOLE PROCESS, HOWEVER, TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN I EXPECTED AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN. WE ARRIVED AT 10:10 TO COMPL MICHEAL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE WHOLE PROCESS, HOWEVER, TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN I EXPECTED AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN. WE ARRIVED AT 10:10 TO COMPLETE A DEAL WE HAD NEGOCIATED THE PREVIOUS DAY AND WE DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL AFTER 2:00. I ALSO DID NOT APPRECIATE BEING FORCED TO SIGN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT I DID NOT AGREE WITH AND IS ILLEGAL. WE WERE TOLD IT IS YOUR POLICY AND WOULD NOT APPROVE THE DEAL UNLESS WE SIGNED IT.
