After purchase you are unable to contact anyone besides your salesperson at this location. If you have service needs your salesperson is the point of contact. If you need help regarding any matter the main line will just forward you to the salesperson. I’ve been trying to get a few questions answered about titling and registering my truck purchased from this location and unfortunately I’ve been put on the back burner. My salesperson Taylor stated they would call me last week. I’ve left voicemails, text and called with absolutely no reply. They make promises about fixing items on used vehicles. DO NOT DRIVE OFF UNTIL THESE ISSUES ARE FIXED OR THEY WONT GET FIXED!! I was supposed to get a new windshield per my salesperson Taylor. Never received the contact when he said they were ordering it. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE SERVICE PAPERWORK I REQUESTED for major engine repairs the truck required that sales assured me it was exhaust rattle. I’m not the only one. Coworkers have purchased used trucks and had the exact experience as me.
