While nice, it didn't measure up to the full size 5.7L truck I was accustomed to. Rather than loose the opportunity to let a potential customer walk out the door they took the time to find out more about what I needed and was looking for, point out the incentives and improvements to the Sierra, and were super responsive to providing a test drive in the truck of my choice, lickety split. Bottom line, Bridgette and Michael M did the amazing. No hard selling, just showed me some features of interest, a test drive and presented some awesome incentives on the Sierra SLT and that was enough to persuade me to abandon my loyalties to the Tundra. As A PR professionally I always look for a "wow" factor. These guys achieved it. No question about where my next vehicle will come from. They made the entire experience a total joy and they treated me like the knowledgable person I am. No hassle, no pressure, just nice people and very good coffee! More

He demonstrated and explained all the features of the car. He took my trade in,answered all my questions and worked out a lease at a reasonable rate. The whole process took about a half hour. No hassles and most of all no pressure to make a sale. Glenn made the process very easy and quick. He was the main reason the deal got done. The owners were very friendly as well. They made a point to greet me personally and thank me for my business. Hands down the best dealership and staff I've ever dealt with and best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. More

Originally my husband and I were looking to purchase a Cadillac, but I couldn't find one that I could see out the back window, since I'm rather short and the back up camera wasn't helpful. Holmes was very helpful, since he was the one who thought the GMC Terrain would be a good choice for me. Holmes was very patient, personable, and not pushy. Also, everyone else who my husband and I dealt with in the process was great: Mike, Matt, Tom, John, Glenn(phone), Manny(phone), and the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought that it was very nice that the owner, Mike, thanked us for the purchase the day we made our decision and the day that we picked up the Terrain. Also, Tom, was very helpful and personable too. They also have this great class once a month that helps you learn about your new car and it's technology. You are introduced to the service and parts department. Also, you get a tour of the garage and a demo of how the alignment machine operates. Very cool. Thanks to Ryan for helping answer my questions on my new Terrain that evening. Thanks again Holmes, and I love my plant too. More

From the owner of the dealership to teh Sales rep, Sales Manager and Service group. They treat you liek a member o fteh famil. Always going beyond expectations. Thsi last purchase only happened because of the diligence of Justin Cook who knew what i realy wanted and constantly checked for upcoming opportuniites. He made it happen along with Matt Mulaney. Of course Miek Mullaney is the ising on the cake. I love working with him. This is now my favorite car purchase in my life to date. Great work team. More

My most recent purchase was a custom GMC Canyon sold under the auspice of Justin Cook. I first met Justin when I bought my Cadillac CTS where he wasn't my salesman but offered invaluable information. He was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in doing so. With my Canyon, he certainly stream-lined my car-buying frenzy into a fun, yet professional experience. Justin's initiative and enthusiasm was evident in the ample time spent with me, explaining detail after detail about the truck's administrative/financial, mechanical/electrical, and, yes, even the sometimes pain-staking audio/visual system. When a friend of mine suggested I talk to Bridgette I decided to go. This girl is awesome. She is very knowledgeable, comforting, friendly and most of all listens to what you are saying. She walked me through several models to fit my needs and helped me through my first lease with a lot of information and suggestions. Bridgette is truly a natural at what she does. There was never a time she made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. Everyone in this dealership is extremely friendly and it is family-run. Mike Mullaney (owner) and his son Matt were introduced and were also very down-to-earth. I am definitely recommending this dealership. More
