Was VERY hesitant to switch dealerships and have the same issues happen, but had heard good things about Michael Mykytey and the managers at Stamford Ford Lincoln. They were VERY accommodating when I went in the first time (trust me, I test drove every car on the lot and asked every question) and were not upset when I left that day without a vehicle. They didn't pressure me to come back in, or to purchase on the spot, which I found most likeable of all. Returned about a month later when I was finally ready to trade in my lease and start a new one. Michael helped me SO much, despite the time lapse in-between visits. The ease of them buying out my old lease was unmatched. Plus, the upside is Michael worked with me to get a new car that I am SO happy with (got a ford edge, had it for about a month, and man.. what a great car!!) and the ease in everything was wonderful. I am definitely going to them for all my future car purchases and leases. So far, my interactions with Ford Financial are also much better than Nissan. Overall, extremely happy I switched, and that I went to this specific dealership. Just know they will work with you tirelessly to get what you want, for a reasonable price.. without pressure.. which means most of all! More
