He worked closely with Neil (pre-owned manager) so that we received a generous offer on our trade in and were able to purchase on our new vehicle within our budget. On the day of pickup, Andres (the finance manager) was well prepared and the paperwork was a breeze. Michael also patiently reviewed all the bells and whistles on the vehicle to make sure I was comfortable before departing. My husband is in the auto business and he was very impressed with the value and service we received at Stamford Ford Lincoln. We would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone. Michael was very attentive to my requests and had comprehensive answers on all my questions. He was thoughtful about my request, and made few suggestions that met my requirements. My choice was Lincoln MKX 2013 which totally met my requirements. Over the years I have purchased/leased many automobiles, mostly luxury vehicles. Michael was the only salesperson that ever took the time ( and with patience) to fully walk me through the operation of my n mostly luxury vehicles. The MKZ is truly a computer on wheels and without his help, I still would be at the dealers trying to work my way out. Any associations with past salesmen, was to give me the keys and say ' good luck with your car '. Because of the complicated features and operational equipment of my car, I have had to return several times to Michael to get me to understand how everything operates. And all done with a smile and total patience. He told me to return as many times as needed, for his help in learning all of the features of the MKZ. I visited Stamford Ford Lincoln only because my friend recommended me here. This is my first new car, and I had a defensive mindset when dealing with car sale people as I had previously gone to two other recommended me here. This is my first new car, and I had a defensive mindset when dealing with car sale people as I had previously gone to two other dealerships and talked on the phone with two additional ones. But I was pleasantly surprised as I was greeted as soon as I entered the Stamford Ford Lincoln store, unlike in other places where I had to seek assistance. Mike greeted me and I was instantly impressed with how courteous and friendly he is. I test drove a Ford Fusion and a Ford Focus, both with Titanium package and both handle beautifully. Mike showed very good knowledge about the cars and was able to demonstrate all the features that the cars offered. Mike was very devoted to make me happy as a customer and it showed as he was always very responsive and attentive to my questions and needs. Tony, the finance person, was also very patient while waiting for me to go through all the paperwork and answering all my questions. Mike even referred me to a very good car insurance agent. The whole process at this dealership was very efficient and much smoother than I anticipated for getting my first new car. I'm now a happy customer with one week old hot new ride and plan on coming back for future services, because I know that I will be taken good care of. I'm already recommending this dealers to my friends who are also looking for a new car as her Lexus broke down. More
