I bought a new car at a different dealership and they said I had 3 free oil changes. I called this dealership beforehand and gave them my information to set up the appointment. Whoever I spoke to tol said I had 3 free oil changes. I called this dealership beforehand and gave them my information to set up the appointment. Whoever I spoke to told me this dealership will honor that agreement. In fact she even went so far as to say,”I see that you have an oil change available.” When I asked how many I oil changes I have left she said, “sorry I can’t see how many you have left only that you have one available.” I go to the store. I get my oil changed. Sorry we don’t honor that agreement that’ll be $80. I don’t like being lied to. More

VERY untrustworthy! I had spoke with Braden from sales expressing interest in a car they had. Today came and we were ready to pull the trigger. We sold our car in the morning and had cash ready to buy. We called the dealership and Braden was off they handed me off to Anthony. We went back and forth at least 4x even going as far to let them know we were coming with an ETA. Once we got there we were told someone else was buying the car!. We drove for over two hours for a complete waste. I have no car now and have to use company car until we find another car. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. This place is horrible. If your a glutton for punishment this is your place! Check BBB they have an F rating. HMMM! More

With my wife, we were looking to buy a new car and we went around a few dealership in the Sportage at Ken Ganley of New Port Richey thanks to Chris. With my wife, we were looking to buy a new car and we went around a few dealership in the Tampa area, but we did not feel to trust anyone until we met Chris at Ken Ganley. We felt we could trust him since day one. He and his managers gave us more than a competitive price that we could not pass on, and they helped us to get what we wanted without being pushy. Everyone from dealers to finance team makes you feel they have the best interest in heart. In addition, Chris went over and beyond his role! After we bought the car, nonetheless we are living in downtown Tampa (an hour from Ken Ganley), he came to pick me up on the day I went to collect my car, easing the process to get it. Coming from England and being new to the country, he gave me some advice to follow here in Florida.
