Overall it is still a good experience with the staff. It was a late Saturday afternoon when purchased. I was not aware I could not put the size amount on my debit card and neither did James or anyone else. was a late Saturday afternoon when purchased. I was not aware I could not put the size amount on my debit card and neither did James or anyone else. It was ok because I wrote a check for the amount difference that would not go on the card. James and I got along really well and I really was impressed with his attitude. Attitude reflects leadership. Peter is a mans man plain and simple. He is direct and has the ability to make you feel that the dealership you are at is the best one from any in the surrounding area. He and I actually found out that we knew a lot of the same people. Mr. Offer has stayed on top with Peter working on getting me in this car. What a name for a car salesperson....Offer? :) The only downside is that the Lux product I purchased was left up to me to get this done instead of them offering me a time to drop the car off and getting someone to bring me into work. I purchased the extended warranty and was comfortable with how James explained this. Vicki was always pleasant and courtious with not just me but everyone I saw that came in there or who she spoke to on the phone. I plan on getting some stripes put on the car and Strpes Etc was reccommended. Knowing that this company does their stripeing for the dealership it would have made it easier for me if the dealership could have set this up for me along with the Lux treatment and have it all done at onec instead of me setting up time on my end. The techincal side of this car and manual that is pretty long will take some time to figure out. Another item that the dealership could look into when a car is bought late. More

I started looking seriously for a new vehicle in March 2013. The buying process at this location was made very easy by the General Manager. He bent over backwards to try to find me the truck I needed with 2013. The buying process at this location was made very easy by the General Manager. He bent over backwards to try to find me the truck I needed with the options required. After an area search came up empty, we were able to order a factory-direct truck with all the things I needed and the things I did not require. While this process ended up costing me a little more in time and money, it was a fair trade-off to get the product I wanted. The end result was I purchased a beautifully outfitted truck that will meet my needs both now and in the future. The delivery of the vehicle was handled almost flawlessly. It had the spray bed liner installed and the tonneau cover in place, The vehicle was ultra clean and detailed. The sales rep did a great (and patient) job of going over all the trucks features for us. All in all, it was a pretty seamless process. More

I ended up buying a car closer to my home, but have to say Emily was extremely helpful to me.
