Having a military background this is my 18th move. I can finally put my roots down now! I love Montana because is helps me maintain my hobbies: hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, riding ATVs, and anything else I can head to the mountains for. My job puts me in contact with so many people I wouldn't normally get to meet. I enjoy helping folks through the whole process of purchasing their cars or just sharing a cup of coffee with them.

Good experience Had a good experience with Lithia Toyota. We got a rock chip in the windshield on the test drive and they promised to take care of it for us. Chawn Had a good experience with Lithia Toyota. We got a rock chip in the windshield on the test drive and they promised to take care of it for us. Chawn was a friendly, attentive and helpful sales associate and made the process easy. We forgot our checkbook at home so we could only put some money down on a credit card, but the manager let us bring in the check for the rest of the balance the next day. We would definitely deal with them again. More

Worst haggle experience ever!!!! Use caution!!!! Worst haggling I've ever experienced! Go anywhere else, and cut out the bull$@!% these guys try to feed you. I've never dealt with such manipulation from a car dealership! Make sure you read the fine print, and do your homework before signing! Thankfully we did and walked out of a manipulative situation. Once they knew we caught on, that's when miraculously the numbers begin to change. Don't forget to read their Facebook reviews! Never again will we even attempt to shop at Lithia Toyota! Dishonest financial management! Be cautious!!! Shop around! There were plenty of other car dealerships in Billings that offered more for our trade-in, and had better deals all around! More
