Carl knew the camrys very well and made sure it was sanitary for me to use...he cleaned everything down in the two cars i test drove and made me feel very comfortable. Exceptional Service We had an absolutely stellar experience working with Madison when we were in. We came in about 6:30 took a probably longer than normal test drive as w We had an absolutely stellar experience working with Madison when we were in. We came in about 6:30 took a probably longer than normal test drive as we needed to ensure that we didn't have any issues on the interstate verses just in town since that would be where the primary mileage would come from. When we got back we were sure that we wanted it and Madison got the process going. We ended up being there till about 9:30 but not because of any issues just normal process to get everything approved and done. From Madison getting everything going, Michael getting everything approved and Brittany finishing up the papers it was a flawless and easy process. Additionally we had our 3 year old with us (I know what were we thinking!) and Madison entertained him basically the entire time while we were waiting for approvals and sitting to sign the paper work. Madison is now considered our little ones "car friend". :) More

Before I left I had traded my Corolla in for a more Montana suitable RAV4 - Toyota Certified Used Car. The salesmen worked to keep me within my budget. The vehicle suffered a ding in the windshield before I left Billings, but was able to get it repaired the next day at the dealership with no charges. All my questions have been answered and I am always treated well. Highly recommend Lithia Toyota of Billings! More
