Got there late at night and after negotiating a deal with dealer paying for plates they ended up charging me. They also charge you a $25 gas fee after you buy a new car for tens of thousands. Sales rep also agreed to throw in the cover for trunk after all he did ended up charging me for plates that was originally agreed on without fees. Received texts from sales rep while employed by dealer stating it is on order. Called the sales manager several times without him returning my calls. Weeks went by I called again I was told the sales rep is no longer with the company. A week later I finally got a call back from manager Perez stating that they will not honor the deal b cause it is not in their paperwork. The text message is not proof because it is fake. Apparently from his words I can download an app and send fake text messages therefore he accused me of that. In his words he can get an app and make it look like the White House is texting. Nice to know that he knows such a corrupt things, makes you wonder why. And I am pretty sure there must be a law where a company still can be sued or is responsible over a representatives deal, even if they no longer work there but when the deal was made he was working for said company. When I went to the dealer where the general manager actually told me his sales reps are allowed to lie and as long as it is not on his letterhead he is OK with it. He told me good luck in court. In his own words "as long as it is not on my letterhead it is OK if they lie" I could not believe it, but it did happen. The Sales manager also denied all my phone calls, but it is a good thing they have what they call phone records now days that shows call logs. Now I could care less about the cover at his point, but the principle of him allowing his sales reps to lie, and then when proof is presented about what was promised while his sales rep was still his employee to go back on it it is just pure wrong. He actually admitted on allowing lies and therefore not standing by the product or service! Jeep should yank his license if that is possible, it is just mind boggling to me that costumers are treated like that. Oh I almost forgot as I was leaving I told one of the costumer to make sure he gets things in writing because they lie, to which the general manager responded by running towards me and screaming don't come back I have you arrested for trespass. Wow!!! Think twice before dealing with this dealer. Lies, threats, and terrible costumer service on a great product! Go to Westbury Jeep and least they care and honest! If you must go here bring a lawyer with you and question everything, every item on the paperwork, every charge, because the deal you are getting might not be as good as you think when it is all said and done. And as an update I have moved all my services to Westbury Jeep , where the manager actually gave me the Cover that I supposed to get when I told him why I am moving my car service over. Yes Westbury Jeep gave me a cover at no charge and did right by the brand of Jeep. I should of gone there and I will regret it, but if one costumer can avoid the headache and the lies and deceptions and horrible service by reading this and getting a car at a dealer that is honest then it is all worth it to me to bring this to future purchasers attention. Thank you Westbury Jeep for making things right, and Shame on Town and Country Jeep for destroying a brand an miss representing the Jeep brand and Shame on the general manager for allowing and boasting about his sales team's lies. Jeep should investigate. More

So as I got up to leave, I was cursed at, told I was a grinder(like that's an insult, and needless to say, bought the car from a different dealership 2 days later, so much for grinding). Also mentioned they didn't want my business anyway. Mind boggling to say the least. I gave them an excellent rating on price due to being one of the lowest---but really can't tell because it wasn't finalized. More

I am proud that I purchased an American car and it is the best choice I made. The process was straight forward and positive. We met Pete in the parking lot while we were looking at cars we told him our needs and he showed us our choices. I thought he was very down to earth and felt he cared about our needs and wanted to make us happy. I think its important that he worked with us and didn't try to talk us into something above our means. The process went very smooth and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Richard was also great! He explained everything he had offered us, and showed us how we would save money on purchasing the packages. I have to say the Team at Town and Country works very well together. Mike at the front desk was also very helpful and I must say the young lady at the reception desk unfortunate, but I did not get her name. She always had an eye out to make sure we were comfortable while we waited, offering coffee or water. I have been in customer service for 25 years and my husband managed the service department of a dealership for 30 years, so we notice things and expect things that most people do not! That being said; we were extremely impressed..... Thank you, Priscilla Cambria and Victor Rumore More

Perfect Experience! *Real Review* I'm very suspicious of reviews on DealerRater because they tend to sound fake. (Not calling out T&C in particular, just in general) This is definitely I'm very suspicious of reviews on DealerRater because they tend to sound fake. (Not calling out T&C in particular, just in general) This is definitely a real review. I'd been calling around to various dealerships looking to lease a 2014 Patriot. I ended up speaking directly with Peter this past Friday, and by Saturday my wife and I were in the dealership. I live less than a quarter mile away, so it was the logical first stop. We test drove a 2014 Patriot and both loved it. Now it was time to talk numbers and selection. We loved the car, but wanted leather. They had no Patriots with leather in the color we wanted. Peter knew we wanted to deal that day, and made it happen. He proposed we take home the car we'd test driven, and they would install factory certified leather. We agreed and started negotiations. That was a smooth process, with a little back and forth, and we got the number we wanted. Now it was time to meet with the finance manager, Richard DeMott. I was prepared for the hard sale on various warranties and other accessories, but it never came. It was more of a relaxed conversation than a sales pitch. We discussed numbers, and I was on my way. Very straight forward, nice guy that put my mind at ease and answered any and all questions. My Geico rep gave me a harder pitch over the phone for umbrella insurance! I walked home, came back in about an hour, and my car was ready. Everything on the contract matched what we had discussed, I signed and drove home in the 2014 Patriot I wanted. The entire process took about 4 hours, start to finish. This was my first new car buying experience and overall it could not have gone smoother. They're scheduled to call me on Monday morning to install my leather. I'll update or respond to this review if I have any issues with the installation, but I don't anticipate that happening. Again, overall, the experience was wonderful and I highly recommend. Thanks Peter and the entire team! Michael Sarrantonio Levittown More
