At pick up Carlos was very professional demonstrating all of the car's functions and answered all my questions, Tiffany in finance was also very organized and quick with the paperwork. I appreciated the warm and friendly welcome from Alan, and that Alan circled back later to make sure all was good and no questions. This is the easiest car purchase I have ever made and the team at Porsche Princeton is friendly and capable. Car looks terrific by the way, and sounds even better than it looks. #GetTheSportExhaust :)). More

The new building is AWESOME and the ENTIRE team, I do mean everyone, is just great. This is truly luxury brand at the absolute top of their game. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and beautiful. Yesterday, Michael delivered our sixth Porsche, the fourth from Princeton and the third from Michael. This time, however, the Porsche was a Macan and was/is for my wife who has always wanted one, even before it existed, when it was just a drawing. So this delivery was extremely important and special to me and Michael, as always, made it GREAT and made my wife feel extremely special. Every single time, the entire process is excellent and just a pleasure. I wish Michael continues success and all the happiness in the world. I will always purchase my Porsche's from Michael. We been to a few dealerships for other cars but there was certain attitude which made me think they just assumed that I wasn't going to make a purchase. But not with Mike - he assumed nothing and purely focused on making the experience the best we could have. He has been quite patient all throughout the process, the unexpected delays with the EPA certification for the 2018s ... all-in-all; it was great! If I get another Porsche; it will be from them and with Mike helping me out. I wasn't pressured in going with the 2017s on the lot; gave me the best car that fits my needs. The finance team has been great too; no pressure about any additional warranties - those are presented but that's pretty much about it. They even dealt with my noisy 2 yr old who decided to take a stroll and run across the showroom. Not a single sign of impatience for all the hours we were there. Overall, I could not ask for a better experience. More
