The experience was better than my last. I don’t know when things need to be replaced & when. I went from being told that I needed gaskets & filter changes to being asked what I wanted d I don’t know when things need to be replaced & when. I went from being told that I needed gaskets & filter changes to being asked what I wanted done. One memorable example was when I booked for my 6 monthly service & was asked what I needed done so I agreed to an oil change. I assumed anything else would require a consent from me. The guy told me that a tyre rotation was done also, but I told him I had it done 2 weeks ago (new wheels had been replaced by an outside company) to which he said, “I was only trying to help you!” As he walked away. This new management seems promising, and Michael was very kind & respectful. More
