Never thought I would be writing a positive review of a dealership. But Woodys and mainly Mike Rancharan made me have to change that. His no pressure approach, and his knowledge of the truck made me 100% dealership. But Woodys and mainly Mike Rancharan made me have to change that. His no pressure approach, and his knowledge of the truck made me 100% comfortable making my first new truck purchase here. He was on top of everything from paperwork to setting up the app for the truck. His consistent communication made the entire process smooth and left no worry in my mind that I was not getting the best deal. My dad and I visited Woody in May to purchase a Rav4 that we really liked. We had the pleasure of working with Mike Rancharan who made the transaction very smooth. Throughout the experience, I got to witness we really liked. We had the pleasure of working with Mike Rancharan who made the transaction very smooth. Throughout the experience, I got to witness the honesty and expertise of Mike. He is a very down to earth guy and isn't one of those pushy salespeople. He was very understanding of what my dad wanted and worked with us to close the deal. There was an issue with the battery of the car where it kept dying and draining, so he had the battery replaced after they tested it and saw that it was a defective battery. He basically presented all of the facts about the car which included any flaws, and we really appreciated his honesty. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone, and I would love to work with him again in the future. Thanks Mike and team! More
