Our salesman Mike was awesome. He was very patient and helped us find the perfect vehicles for myself and my wife. Everyone at this dealership was transparent and focused on helping us find the vehicles that fit our needs and our budget. Jeremy the sales manager and Carlos the finance guy were also very helpful. I was on the fence about purchasing an extended warranty but decided to purchase one a few days after purchasing my truck. Carlos helped me purchase the warranty a few days later after originally declining it and honored the price that I was quoted previously. Overall great experience at this dealership. More

Woody GMC in Gurnee was extremely helpful and patient with myself and my husband as we purchased both of our cars. We met with the manager, Jeremy, who really made us feel heard. I needed to lease a car a few years back. It was covid times and there was limited options. Mike R was able to be patient and kind, as I navigated leasing for the first time. My lease was a few months out from expiring and Mike reached out. I enjoyed being able to text him asking questions. We came in for an oil change and to look at future options for my car or another lease. He was able to set me up with a new car for close to the same price as my current. It is a huge upgrade and he really helped me out. I appreciate how Mike has really helped me through the process and not been pushy at all. More
