This is the first new car I have had in over 21 years. I always took my husband’s hand me downs. It is also the first car I have ever purchased on my car own after losing my spouse in February. I had quite literally the worst experience of my life at a local dealership the day prior and John made this process simple and easy in less than 2 hours! I drove 3 hours walked in signed papers, he showed me the features of the vehicle I was buying and their no xx finance guy made this process seamless, and didn’t miss a beat.
