As I have been a customer for over 4 years now and I have witnessed a decrease in service and care for customers. I have had numerous calls unreturned and been blown off by more than one service employee. Ye witnessed a decrease in service and care for customers. I have had numerous calls unreturned and been blown off by more than one service employee. Yesterday 06/29 I took my truck in for regular maintenance and for the third straight time I have had to have them correct the air pressure in the tires after a rotation. I’m curious if the oversight in something this easy leads to cutting corners on larger issues within this side of service. I know it’s all about the money and how many more things you guys can add to a ticket, but it is starting to show that we as customers are just a number and the care in work and craftsmanship is decreasing. I left a 5 star review four years ago and now I’m in the verge of leaving a 1 star. I will be taking my four vehicles elsewhere where I feel my decision to take my car in is valued and not just a cattle call. More
