A friend and I came in in April looking for a Crosstrek and Michael helped me understand all my options--from different trim packages to the differences between leasing and buying. I ordered the car with all the details I wanted, and was given several price estimates to consider for when it would arrive. The estimated arrival date was late June/early July, and the car came early around Memorial Day. When I went back to complete the purchase, Michael was very patient as I took extra time to understand my choices. I really appreciate his expertise, patience, and thoroughness. And I LOVE my car! Thank you Michael! More

I had to order the car and it arrived a month earlier than expected. I just had major surgery and was not able to get to the dealership to pick up the car, so we did all the paper work via phone and tex than expected. Our sales rep. was easy to work with, he willingly answered our questions and concerns.
