The moment we entered the dealership, we were warmly welcomed by Mike. He patiently listened to our needs. He was very honest and very well informed on the new 2019 Honda Pilot. He brought us the car and provided all the demo/walk through on all the new and awesome features of the car. He was amazing in the way he explained everything. The one thing I liked about him was that he never played any games, he was very sincere, never forced on anything and was always straight to the things and worked very hard on how we can get the car we wanted. He and the dealership took very nice care of us. We were treated with respect and consideration at every level of the service. They were so nice that we ended up buying 2 Honda Pilots, my friend too was impressed and he bought a car for himself. I think their compassionate treatment ,hospitality and the moto to keep the customer happy and always working with you on the price needs makes Mike and Bommarito the best team to work with when it comes to buying any car. I was thoroughly impressed by the honesty and kindness of Mike! They also have an awesome waiting area where my kid played in the play area and yes they have soda, water, ice cream and pop-corn…etc. etc.. My kid didn’t get bored a minute when we were going through the entire buying process. From entering the dealership to buying the car, we received nothing but the highest quality service, with zero stress. No one has ever done that for me, and with all the tech, this is a critical step. He never rushed through anything and I feel he genuinely cared about my satisfaction. More

Misleading and incorrect infos on vehicle sold. We bought 2018 Honda pilot touring last week. When we came to the dealership we was looking at the 2019 model and wasn't told that there are some feat We bought 2018 Honda pilot touring last week. When we came to the dealership we was looking at the 2019 model and wasn't told that there are some features not available on the 2018 model compared to the 2019. We bought the 2018 model with the assumption that it would be same features as the 2019 offered. Plus there are some minor scratches on the back top bumper. This is our third vehicles purchased from Bomarito in the last 14yrs and will be the last. One positive thing is that we did like Michael Rosen as a salesman but he didn't disclose the differences from the 2 models either. More
