Searched for a car in my location in San Jose then searched California. All of the dealerships here would not quote an exact price, was unclear about the car details and had heavy markup. We are the type we know what we want and just want to have a simple straightforward transaction. I have to say Manly Honda was the only one to quote a clear price on exactly the Make, Model, Trim, color, and accessories with a delivery date. Michael Salazar has great comm skills, and responded quickly to questions and handled the order from start to finish, which was delivering the car to San Jose. We were updated with status, i.e. when the car would be built, when it was actually built, when it was on it's way to the dealership, etc. Although the time quotes originally was out a couple of weeks, it believe it was due to issues with parts, transportation, etc. that has been happening. It took a total of 12-14 weeks to get this car delivered - it was all at a reasonable and stable price which was honored - over a period of 3 months. The delivery was very smooth, with good communication. If your not in a hurry, this is the way to go. The dealership reminds me of a time where they just do a straight business and not do a bunch of funny stuff. More
