The try to scam you by providing you on price on the phone or email and then once you get to the dealership they start marking things up. Tried to pull credit for no reason even when didn't want their f phone or email and then once you get to the dealership they start marking things up. My wife and I traded in our sedan for a used SUV which was a very smooth process. Our salesman was Mike Schneider and we would highly recommend him to help with the purchase of a vehicle. He did not press was a very smooth process. Our salesman was Mike Schneider and we would highly recommend him to help with the purchase of a vehicle. He did not pressure us into making a decision and was patient with us as we had two small children accompany us during test drives and also during the purchase. Based on our research we found the prices of their vehicles to be reasonable and we were given decent value for our trade. In the finance office we had a similar experience in which we were given a reasonable interet rate; not the best we qualified for, but within a point or two. When we were asked about warranties and add-ons we declined everything and were not pressured to purchase anything additional. Overall this was a painless, almost enjoyable experience from start to finish. We found everyone to be friendly, patient, and understanding of our needs. More
