Purchased a used car on 5/26/2020 I was initially concerned because I had a 2PM appointment with Mario Ruiz but when I arrived the receptionist told me Mario was off that day,. I told her we were to ask for Tommy Z if Mario was not immediately available. She checked and found my name and agreed to call him. Tom Z greeted us and turned us over to Michael Schumaker. Michael was a pleasure to work with and was able to answer all our questions and helped us find the best vehicle for our needs. In these trying times, we appreciated that he put on a mask when he saw we were wearing them. He brought us to the service department after I purchased a used vehicle to set up my first appointment. . This gentleman was also very friendly and helpful and he wished us well with my new car. I did not get his name although it may have been Eric.. The only disappointment was dealing with Richard in your finance department. I am not sure if he was having a bad day or did not like dealing with women. He became very condescending at times during our conversation. On a positive note, I was not aware I could not put the entire amount on my credit card, so I do appreciate Richard getting approval for me to put $5000 of the purchase price on my card. If I had not been treated so well by Michael and your service department, I might have changed my mind about buying a car at Sun Toyota. The car is beautiful and I was happy to get several extras with my purchase. More
