I purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKS from Audi of Naples. My experience purchasing a car from this dealer was exceptional. My salesperson was Luxon Estiverne. Luxon was very insightful, assistive, and intuitive after I had negotiated the price, and the deal was done. I arrived by plane, and Luxon met me at the airport. Because of the rush I was in, had not had a bite to eat all day. I requested something to eat while finishing the paperwork. Pizza? You got it, man! Luxon delivered. Negotiating..I found this dealer very easy to negotiate with. I worked with Erin Presley, Michael Shutt, and Robert Goldberg. In the end, I got a sweet deal, and a price that I am very comfortable with, a lot of bang for the buck, on my car. Luxon Esteverne was very knowledgeable about the sophisticated sedan, and covered key things I should know about the navigation, entertainment systems, and how to operate the vehicle. All this was completed in record time since I arrived late in the day. Key sales staff even stayed after hours to ensure everything was finalized. Paperwork.. all of the documents were pre-generated and ready to sign, and explained to me one by one. A 30 point inspection report, and Carfax report, were requested, and delivered. I would rate Audi of Naples, Robert Goldberg, Michael Shutt, Erin Presley and Luxon Esteverne, 5 star. Out of 5 star! I know that Luxon is on my side. Should I have additional questions, he is only a phone call away and eager to answer, after the sale! More
